I am a native speaker and I take pride in helping others learn my native language and culture. Hopefully, we'll have fun together while learning with me. I believe learning a new language can be a journey that allows one to learn about the people who speak it, their culture, and their ways of life.
I'm a Mum. I am dedicated to helping Burmese struggling to live their lives outside and inside Burma. While living in Chiang Mai, Thailand since 2010, I am a Non-Profit Management, Fundraising and Social Media Consultant. I volunteer with several organizations in those capacities. The income I gain from here allows me to continue my contribution in time and effort as a volunteer to the NGOs focused on helping refugees from my country. First lesson with me usually includes logistics and mechanics of utilizing Buddy School System as well as materials you will need to learn with me.
As a teacher, my expectations from the students who intend to learn with me must be highly motivated, a self-starter who can take initiatives and learn on his/her own time while utilizing my language skills as a guide.
It is the student's responsibility to contact the teacher for lessons. Please utilize the calendar for requests and do check the time differences.
